It was very clear.Good quality breakfast, the beds were hard , but comfortable for us.We got the Basel card, which was a bonus.Nice staff at the reception with one exception that I’m going to write about at the negative parts.Excellent water pressure from the ninth floor with some amazing views

Very good location, near to St. Jakobshalle where I needed to be - 5 minutes by normal trottinette or one tram stop. The hotel gives a card for public transport, which is great to have if you want to go to the center. Breakfast was tasty however the choice of food is rather basic.

The breakfast was really good, and when compared to prices at restaurants or fast-food places, it's quite reasonable (17 CHF per person per day). The room is clean, and the sound insulation is solid, especially given that the room faced directly toward the train station.

The hotel is clean, has a good internet connection, and the room is nicely decorated with a small desk. The staff is professional, and the overall atmosphere is suitable for short stays

This card allows its holder to use public transport in Basel for Free, and provides 50% discount on many museum tickets 🎫

Superb view from my room. Bedrooms well sound proofed, so that once my door was shut I couldn't hear other guests. Good continental breakfast, with bacon, sausage and scrambled egg on offer, with unlimited coffee. For a budget stay, I found it excellent value for money. I was given a complimentary Basel card to travel free in public transport during my stay. Excellent!
